Delivery area and price

We deliver only within Malaysia. Standard Shipping is free to supported addresses. Orders with a delivery address outside Malaysia are not accepted.

Processing and estimated transit

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at approximately 4–6 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking, changes and delivery problems

When a carrier supplies tracking, the reference is sent after dispatch. Ask for an address correction or cancellation promptly at support@tropicalpantry.shop; a change may no longer be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.

For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcel, send the order and tracking details to support@tropicalpantry.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the remedy required by the applicable law. Domestic orders do not attract import duties from this store.
